Who we are
Hope for Youth International is a non profit 501 (c) (3) organization that was founded in February of 2003.
We are a partnership of churches, families, and individuals in the Greater Puget Sound region who engage in
friendship evangelism though hosting high school foreign exchange students who come to America to experience
our culture and way of life.
HfYI Four primary goals :
- to facilitate minstry on a yearly basis throughout the greater Seattle Washington area to 50 plus students.
- to engage in freindship evangelism with those students while they are here both through one on one contact with support staff and through the witness of host families, exposing students to living faith, planting seeds for future harvest.
- to encourage believing students who are here though discipleship and leadership training.
- to connect students who are returning to their home nations with viable ministries so that they can stay connected with the body of Christ and continue to grow in their faith, be that continuing or new found.
