Vision
It is our hope that by opening up our hearts and homes to young people from around the world that we will be able to introduce young people to a relevant form of Christianity that will impact both the individual and their nations when they return home at the end of their time in America.

Over 2000 years ago, Jesus commanded his disciples to go into the world and preach the Good News. For centuries, people have been responding to that call. Hundreds and thousands have been able to participate in missionary work around the world, sacrificially moving to other cultures. Others have given financially to further the spread of the Gospel. But most believers never have had the opportunity to actually go to the mission field. The reasons for this vary. Some have to do with calling, and for others various life situations. Within this, many have a desire to somehow reach out internationally, but have insurmountable obstacles that prevent participation in a traditional sense. Hope for Youth was started to provide opportunities for people who have a heart for world missions to be able to Go without Going (fulfilling the Great Commission at home). While we are not about the business of directly proselytizing students, we believe that through the ministry of hospitality that we engage in that we can through our personal witness lead students to living faith.
